My First Business Experience
At the age of 13 - 14, my friend and I launched a Minecraft server with an integrated in-game economy and customer service using a variety of community-built and customized plugins. Our small business / community relied on players purchasing server privileges via SMS and bank transactions. Although after ~2 years we closed the server, this experience provided me with a plethora of business knowledge. From website and game design to referral marketing and customer service, this experience sparked my interest in business, economics and advertising.
Hacker Games Event
Our 4 person team from Šilalė participated in the dynamic Hackathon event*, a two-day - 48hrs - Tech Innovation and Entrepreneurship event held at KTU "Santakos" slėnis in Kaunas. This exciting event, organized by Enterprise Lithuania, Startup Lithuania and KTU Startup Space, brings together Tech enthusiasts and entrepreneurs to craft innovative solutions from scratch. We developed an interactive mobile app game reflecting these days' relevant social issues. My role involved developing the game concept, UI/UX, creating graphics and organizing the team.
Erasmus+ "Self-Sufficiency"
During Erasmus+ project "SAMOOSKRBEN" - Self-sufficiency, I joined students from seven European countries in Slovenia to explore sustainable practices and environmental conservation importance. Over eight days, we learned about organic cultivation methods, recycling, social exclusion dilemmas, improved our English and public speaking. This project not only left a green footprint across Slovenia, but also enriched my appreciation for diverse cultures and sustainability.
2 year Erasmus+ project "Waking up in Baroque"
As part of the Erasmus+ project "Waking up in Baroque", I had the opportunity to immerse myself in the rich cultural heritage of the Baroque period in Germany and Lithuania. Alongside selective students, I engaged in activities like crafting Baroque period costumes, editing a short music clip, learning traditional dances, performing theatre acting, music and visiting significant cultural sites. This project enriched my understanding of Baroque culture while sharpening my intercultural communication and creative skills.
KASTU Eurotrip Denmark
At a crossroads in my life, I began to question my already-decided future path and started considering the possibility of studying abroad. Thus, I embarked on a 3 day Kastu Trip with a bus from Lithuania visiting Danish universities / colleges / academies to evaluate their educational programmes, see the country and speak with current international students there. This journey helped me clarify my path and offered me the chance to talk with like-minded students who share similar ambitions.
High School Graduation
I was an active student who hosted numerous school events, acted in school plays, practiced programming and attended various sports events. My favorite school subjects were in social sciences, particularly history and economics. Due to my school activity, I got selected to participate in two Erasmus+ projects where I honed my skills in communication, videography, 3D modeling and designing...

KASTU Student Ambassador
I was selected as Kastu.lt student ambassador to represent Dania Academy. I have hosted and shown Kastu Eurotrip students around Viborg and Dania Academy. Later on, I represented Dania Academy at the Kastu Online Education Fair Event. I talked with students from Poland and Lithuania about their concerns and my experience studying in Denmark. I have encouraged high school students to step out of their comfort zone and pursue their dreams.
Marketing Management Internship at Dania Academy
Managed a YouTube channel and produced educational video content. I have released 10 'Learning bits' videos about business research models and theory. I've worked with YouTube SEO, keywords, metatags, trends, video scripts & editing, VFX and monitored the channel's performance. Therefore, I have developed video production skills by combining AI voice with graphic visuals to produce corporate-style videos.
Marketing Management degree
Graduated with an AP degree in Marketing Management at Dania Academy, providing a strong foundation in business theories & models, market research, economics, communication and finance knowledge for effective business problem-solving across B2C industries. This education sharpened my expertise in diverse business operations, promotion and project / organization's effective management.
Marketing Assistant at the Danish SaaS Start-up
At Mulava, I did a ~3-month internship and later worked as a Full-Stack Marketing Assistant for a year assisting, developing and coordinating marketing initiatives. Mulava was a task management application designed to manage, coordinate, document and complete various work tasks. I obtained many new skills in web development, UI/UX design, data analytics, CRM automation, graphic design, project management and have applied in practice the educational knowledge.

During a short-term internship, I helped a start-up promote their upcoming CSR services by planning, designing and launching a website. I led a short-term (~2 month) marketing plan, from web design to SEO, ensuring the website effectively communicated the new EU ESG reporting rules, legislations and CSR services. This work strengthened the organisation’s reach about sustainable practices.
