CSR Innovative Solutions automates ESG and sustainability reporting to help companies meet the new EU ESRS compliance standards. The start-up is based in Odense, Denmark and it works with impactful sustainable projects around Europe. Their services use advanced data tools to streamline reporting, track emissions and improve transparency with data-based solutions while consulting businesses to implement effective sustainability strategies.
During a two-month period, I developed and launched a WordPress site to promote CSR and sustainability services. My role included coordinating the marketing plan, web design, structure, landing page, content creation and copywriting. I handled cookie GDPR compliance, set up Google Analytics and Google Search Console for page indexing. Additionally, I optimised the site’s performance, SEO, enhanced security. Alongside building the website’s foundations, I also worked on improving the startup’s communication platform through newsletters, blogs and other content.
I simplified complex CSR concepts and EU regulations into engaging content/message, ensured GDPR compliance and optimised SEO under a tight deadline. Balancing performance, data collection and security with an appealing corporate design required quick decision-making, an action plan and collaboration with the team, ultimately resulting in a website that effectively promoted the organisation’s initiatives and prepared the start-up for its early stage development.
I deepened my understanding of EU sustainable actions and new legislation while gaining insights into the sustainable tech industry. I learnt to optimise complex concepts alongside SEO and gained analytical skills. This experience enhanced my adaptability and time management skills, alongside my technical proficiency in WordPress for web design, performance optimisation and security. Collaboration with the team further refined my communication abilities, preparing me for future project planning and execution.

TechStack Nordic was a software consulting firm in Odense, Denmark, functioning as a subsidiary of the Mulava start-up. The company specialised in providing custom B2B software consultancy and development services, focusing on mobile apps, systems integration, cloud solutions, data collection & analysis and IT security.
TechStack Nordic is currently closed and has stopped its operations.
As a sole marketer in the team, I designed a one-page WordPress corporate style website and incorporated lead generation design features. Additionally, I coordinated a marketing plan, social media content calendar and created SoMe content. Within a short time, I grew ~230 followers on LinkedIn from scratch. I also monitored the performance of the company’s LinkedIn page, which increased the firm’s online presence, credibility and reach.
One key challenge was designing a user-friendly one-page website that captured leads. I addressed this challenge by conducting user experience research to identify human behaviour patterns, optimising design and incorporating clear calls to action. Another challenge involved growing a LinkedIn page from scratch within a structured, timely prepared, and consistent marketing content calendar. I overcame this by collaborating with the team to brainstorm ideas and analyse audience insights, ensuring our LinkedIn page content resonated with our target audience and drove growth effectively.
I deepened my understanding of user experience design and improved graphic design skills. I honed my skills in developing social media strategy and content calendars. This experience enhanced my project management abilities, particularly in coordinating team and content calendars. It also refined my analytical skills in monitoring SoMe performance metrics to optimise online engagement and reach.

Mulava, an innovative SaaS start-up based in Odense, Denmark, aimed to redefine task management with a flexible, advanced software solution. Established in 2021, Mulava focused on streamlining communication and coordination for individuals and businesses, offering tools for efficient task handling across diverse industries. With features such as task automation, coordination/cross-organization in teams, documentation and customizable templates, the platform was designed to simplify complex workflows and enhance productivity and data insights.
In my part-time role as a marketing assistant, I gained hands-on experience in crafting and executing a lead-generation-focused marketing strategy. I developed and optimised website pages on WordPress, integrated CRM systems, and enhanced customer service through a live chatbot. My responsibilities included website building, setting up/monitoring Google Analytics, and implementing GDPR compliance for data privacy. I worked across various tasks, from SEO and performance optimisations to copywriting, visual brand and content creation, in-app UI/UX testing and improving in-app onboarding experiences. Additionally, I managed LinkedIn content, researched and built customer journey maps, and designed email signatures for employees. Moreover, I coordinated project timelines to adapt to the start-up’s dynamic needs.
